Issues with Taxcloud - need assistance quickly

I've been going round and round with TaxCloud about them sending off $48 in taxes to michigan, considering we have never done business in michigan. After 18 days, they finally sent me a spreadhseet to illustrate the transaction. There's only one problem: we don't have a customer id or LEAD ID that matches their spreadhseet. We don't have an item called a "tropical combo". and we certainly dont do business in michigan.
file attached, please review and consult with TaxCloud ASAP....they are no help.
I'm concerned that they are deducting taxes from my account that are for events we didn't even do. How many erroneous amounts have we paid for events in Ohio that we never noticed?!?!
Please advise ASAP
