Cart will not allow flavor selection on package

I set up a package where customers can select a inflatable and 2 concessions for a set price. When I select the 2 concessions it shows the flavor options but get a red circle with a line not allowing them to make a selection. If you continue and get the quote and then edit it will allow you to then select. Is there a bug preventing them from making the selection without having to go back and edit?
