Custom Delivery Charge per Item

In the "Advanced Settings" section of each item, please add a dropdown that would look like this:
Of course, "custom" would be more complex, so maybe that's for a later update???
The idea is this: if an event consists of ONLY items that do not require delivery then there is no delivery on the lead, regardless of the Delivery Preference setting. If a lead contains an exempt item, but also contains normal / default setting items, then the lead calculates a standard delivery charge.
