default accessories

It would be great if we could assign accessories as "default" as well as or in place of "required". Ultimately allowing us to choose if we need to change something.
Here's an example.
I use accessories to assign blower sizes to inflatables. I have a slide that works on a 2p but 2 - 1hp blowers could be used in a pinch. It would be great if by default the 2hp showed up, but I could zero it out and put 2 1hp's on the fly which would also not prevent the item from being blocked from booking.
