Checkbox in Email Center Templates to "Always Attach as PDF"

When sending an email for a Lead, there is an optional attachments button to add either the Quote, Contract, or Invoice. I would love to be able to go into individual Email Templates and select an option to "always attach as PDF when sending this email". That way, the default email that goes out would have a PDF attached (most of my customers prefer this) and I still have the option to remove the attachment before sending the email.
