Custom column names on reports

I'd love an option to customize the column name displayed on reports. I would use this on reports in IO, but it's more important when exporting reports.
Example: In order to import lead info to an employee scheduling app (Staffmate), the column names need to match so that Staffmate knows what to do with the info. Same thing with payroll data going to ADP or Paylocity, Sales tax reports for the state DOR, etc.
Internally, it would be nice to name a column "Setup" rather than "Lead Setup Start Date/Time" or "Total" rather than "Lead $ Total Sum"
