Thought of addition

Would there be a way to add in, so that I could create a report, Organization attachments? On the organization page there is a way to add attachments and that is where we are putting the tax exempt form. Thinking if I had a way to put that in a report I could have one of my staff make sure they are up to date and that we have their tax form on file if I put the year we received it in the file name. There is currently a attachment filename in there but that is an attachment on a lead. Just a thought. Or if this is already an option and I just don’t know how to find it let me know.
