Issue:

The new IO Banners & Badges feature has never appeared on our IO-integrated WordPress website.

Verified IO configuration:

- Preferences > Online Quoting > Website Banners: Show Banners is enabled.

- Always Show is None, allowing calculated banners.

- Allowed banners include Unavailable, In Demand, Popular, and New.

- Inventory item 3667499 is set to Use defaults under Inventory > Upselling.

- Item 3667499 is newly created and should qualify for the New banner.

- Active InflatableOffice WP Integration plugin version is 6.21.3.

Troubleshooting already completed:

- Ran one Force Sync Now for WordPress connection 134743 and confirmed the sync completed in the log on November 1, 2026.

- Purged the full WordPress page cache.

- Reloaded both the category and product pages with cache-busting query strings on desktop and mobile.

- Rechecked the live product page today, November 6, 2026.

Result:

No banner or badge element, populated promotional attribute, or banner data appears in the generated public markup. The item image, title, price, and Add to Quote control are present, but the expected New corner overlay is absent. This is not resolved by sync or cache clearing.

Please inspect whether Banners & Badges data is being included in the WordPress sync payload and rendered by the IO shortcode/plugin for connection 134743. Please also confirm whether plugin 6.21.3 supports this feature or whether a server-side/plugin repair is required. We do not want a custom website-code workaround because IO should remain the source of truth.
