Payment for subscription

Need Answer

Hi, My debit card that was on file had to be cut off due to a security issue. I forgot to update it on IO when the new card arrived. I have now updated the cards on file and site is saying card declined when using it. I have verified both cards on file are in fact active. Is there someone who can manually run one of the cards on file to make Octobers payment.
