Cart Update - Time Selector

Looks like there was an update to the cart. I used to have OVERNIGHT auto selected (No extra cost) I was hoping to keep that? also I don't want prices different for weekday or weekends. I also don't see where I can change the time selectors, I want it to be auto filled 12 am - 5pm for current off season but I want to give them the option to pick up from 11 - 5 every 30min if go to select the time. please help me
Or is there an option Togo back to whatever setup I had before this recent update. I see that other website didn't update. Example attached, (the jump offs) cart that's how I had mind and I would like to keep it like that.
I have another thread, but no one has responded to me in 4 days.
