Event time doesn't show in Delivery planner

Hey, we're looking into the delivery planner and while testing and chatting with the AI Chat, I can't figure out why the event time won't appear in the delivery planner. I tried creating a new delivery method making sure the staff operated was active. Even that did not work.
I tried it with a test lead : #73371503 and with other leads and the same problems stays.
Is there something that has to be be turned on or off for it to work?
