Help AGAIN

Yesterday (4/28) I contacted IO to say that all quotes and contracts when opening, were blank. I contacted IO. This was their response- "I am having our developers look into why the contract, quote, etc are loading blank when the website checkout is selected. We have the checkout switched to IO so you are able to send these pages to your customers."
After this was done, our website then went blank!
Now the website is back up but NOW the quotes and contracts are showing blank-AGAIN!
We can not be doing this every day! They both should be checked simultaneously.
