Setting up email to automatically log from company email account in CRM

I am tryin to set it up so that my company worker email ben@reallyeasyinsurance.com automatically is logged in the CRM when I send or receive an email in Gmail to a customer who has a linked email address already in the system. It looks like from the knowledge base this should be possible. However when I was trying to set this up, I think I messed up the normal email settings. It should be set up as info@reallyeasyinsurance.com as well as for my account ben@reallyeasyinsurance.com but it doesn't seem to be working now.
