Fiserv Interchange Plus switch to IO Program ($69.00/Month)

I was instructed by Tim to reach out to the Sales Team in order to switch over to IO's Fiserv Interchange Plus program. My existing Fiserv Merchant ID# 496430008888 as Im an existing client. We've been with Cardconnect for years. I completed IO Fiserv application already. What's next?
Once I switch over to IO integrated platform will we still have all our transaction history (receipts) and ability to REFUND since it's the same processor?
