New Filter Values and Parameters

We need the ability for logistics/operations manager to be alerted (either text, email, or a dashboard report) when a Lead with Shifts has been changed. It makes a WORLD of difference if a 70' Obstacle Course is added (or removed) from a lead. An addition, or removal, of an item to a lead (or customer adds delivery, pickup, or event details) can change anything from how many crew members are needed on a lead, to how long setup (or breakdown) will take, to the size truck/trailer needed. There is currently no way to create a filter and automation with the current field names, values, and parameters (fixed range, is set, is not set, etc) available. Thanks for your consideration!
