Checkout Error Causes Quantity Reset

When requesting a quote from the website, if an error occurs (empty field etc.) the product disappears until the error is corrected. After clicking the "get a quote" button, the quote will propagate with the basic quantities selected. If any adjustments were made prior to the error, they will be reset.
