Automated emails going to the wrong customer email address (same company, wrong contact)

I have a lead where the automated confirmation emails go to the wrong email address (ID 8934029) Same company, wrong contact. I can't see where the problem is in the set-up of the lead. Please advise so I can be sure future accounts are set up properly. Many thanks
