Custom Login (Massive Upgrade)

We have TONS of repeat customers. Some of them have a long history of reliable payments, large events, or special situations.
I would LOVE to have the ability to give them a "login" and in their profile, give them specially linked discounts, payment terms, history of orders, etc.
I like this idea
