Bulk assign positions to workers

With the way we use IO it would be helpful if we could bulk assign positions to workers.
We do casino nights, bounce house, circus shows, costume characters and a lot more.
Our model allows employees and contractors to check the worker site and sign up for anything and then train them accordingly.
With 300 employees and contractors, it takes a long time to add 200 plus positions to a profile. Something as easy as "Select all" would work. Then it would be a quick edit for each.
