Delivery dates and Pick up dates on the quote page
Looking for better options to educate our customers on delivery/pickup days/times when they choose to use the online quoting instead of calling us.
Our customers always get confused about delivery/pick up dates when setting the event times on the quote page. Is it possible to make a note on the quote page about delivery days?
Or even better would be a way for customers to choose different delivery timeframe options and have it automatically calculate the price.
Basic Delivery (1-3 days before event)
Priority Delivery(Specific Day/time)
Weekend Delivery
After Hours Pickup
Customers tend to make a quote for a delivery to a public area that requires a Saturday delivery at a specific time and a 10pm pick up and are shocked when we tell them it is going to be $500 more than the quote they received online.
Anyone already find a solution for this?
