problems adding banners

I am still having problems with adding banners. The main item has a quantity of 2, the child with a banner has a quantity of 1. The inventory of the child is showing 2 when it needs to show one. An example of this is the large galaxy hero bounce house and sports bounce house. what am I doing wrong. thanks
