Until card swiping functionality is built into the new "IO Workers" mobile application, payments collected will only be supported through the "OpenEdge" Mobile App. They will need to be manually logged into our software following taking the payment, this will ensure your records of payments are up to date.

To use the application you will need
1. Your Login - This is the same username and password you use to access your online portal for Global Payments/OpenEdge. Not your account with our software.
2. Merchant ID # - In order to correctly associate payments taken through the application you will need your MErchant ID # as provided by Global Payments/ OpenEdge.
Connecting & Using the Walker Bluetooth Reader
- Do not pair the device using your mobile device settings page
- Log into the app using the instructions above
- Click on the 3 vertical dots in the top right hand corner
- Go to Settings and Device Setup
- Turn your Bluetooth reader on, wait for the blue flashing lights
- Select the device (from the OpenEdge App)
- Go through the testing process
- Your Device will now be connected. When processing transactions you will reach a step where it will ask you to enter the card number, instead you can click the "Process" button, then you can swipe or insert the card.
