Can you use a filter to show only leads that haven't opened their emails? I tried applying a filter where the "Email Log Open Date/Time" field "is not set", but that wasn't successful.
I built a Filter that looks at Last Activity date. Clients have to drive activity by opening emails ETC. This helps me check on events with unopened emails

Thanks Cody. What I'm trying to do is to alert the sale rep to call customers who hadn't opened an email within a certain timeframe. The only way I could think of to accomplish that was with this filter, an email template letting the rep know what to do, and an automation to link the two. If there's another way to achieve that same goal, that would be fine as well.
