I have a school that tried to pay with echeck and it came back to them and said not supported. I went into my settings and it shows that I accept that form of payment. Am I doing something wrong on my end?

Go to settings-->Merchant Services. It looks like the same merchant ID is set up for cc processing and ach processing. You will want to reach out to them and be sure the ach merchant id is correct. Thanks!
