picture messages with IO Phone

I often receive picture messages from clients, which don't appear in the IO Workers app, so my workers have to ask me to check to see if a picture was sent on the web app and forward it to them personally.
The app also does not work to send pictures to clients.
Are these features planned for the future?
Is there a workaround to be able to send a picture message to a client by using the website, or some other way?

Only way to send pics to a customer is via responding to their text alert in your email. I, too, hope this is fixed soon.

Currently to send an MMS message (attach an image or file), you must do so by replying to the alert email that was sent to you and attaching that content to the email. We will process the email and send it as an MMS message.
