How to change setup date and time

I am looking for the best way to change the setup date and or time for an event. Say we have a school that wants us to setup the evening before inside the gym. How do I do that on the order so the shifts etc are correct when we go to route the order?

Thanks

Use the yellow box just under the event time bar to set the delivery window.

What are you expecting it to do? It won't change the shifts but it will put the delivery in that window. If you set it up to say deliver the night before you to the day of, it puts the delivery at the end of that window. Then you have to select a 2 day window to be able to move it.

trying to change the dates. When you select the yellow box for the delivery window, it will not allow you to save the date for any date after the original date. For example, I have the booking set to July 18th, but it needs to be changed to July 25th. When I try to change it with the yellow box, it pops up this error message.

That's an entirely different situation. The yellow bar is for a setup window. Logically, you shouldn't set up AFTER the event date/time. So you have to move the event date.

Yea I figured that, but given that it allowed the date to be selected there, I would assume it would allow me to change the entire booking date. Got it fixed though.

Nope. It works as it does for the original purpose of this post. Some people want delivery on the day before or more and not to affect the event date. I.e. I have an event that is on Saturday from 10-2. I charge them for that 4 hours. But for my convenience I want to set it up the day before and teardown the day after. I can set those windows without affecting my event date. Why that's important is bc the event date is what the pricing is tied to while availability is tied to the windows. Does that make sense?

Completely. It's something that will probably be useful to us in the future. I found out what the issue was though for what I was referring to. It was a simple fix but being we are switching from BCN to IO and this is my first manual booking, there is a lot that I have yet to learn. Thanks for the input.
