is there a way to split contractor rate for set up and tear down. A lot of times one contractor will deliver and another will pick up.

What do you mean by split the rate? Are you meaning one contractor gets one rate and the other gets another, or just splitting evenly?

I just want them to get paid evenly. So if I put in contractor pay on a unit for $50 then I want the guy who drops off the unit to get paid $25, then the driver who picks up the unit to get paid $25.

Good morning, no sorry there is not a way for the software to do this, this would be up to your payroll person to do.
