Using Filters to display Cutomers

I have a filter, Filter Customer Type - AMP Invitees that selects Customers based on the Customer Type field of Event Planner, Rental Company or Venue Operator. The filter shows 203 customer(s) are currently affected by this filter configuration but when I click on the 203 nothing happens. I have tired this in Safari and Chrome. How can a see the records this filter returns?

Did you try running the filter on the Customers page?

I tried but I don't think I am using it incorrectly can you tell me the procedure for doing this? The filter doesn't show up.

You would need to add this to the search bar in the customer section.

Why does the filter show 203 Customers are affected but only 187 are displayed?

There are 16 inactive customers.
