Newsletter
After 20 years we now have nearly 9,000 names to send newsletters to. Recently I spent days going into every customer who had an undeliverable email and checked off the auto email to those that were old or unsubscribed. New, two months later, dozens of these same customer emails are coming back undeliverable even though I clicked off auto emails and event manual emails so they would not keep going out.
But they are. At first I thought it might be because they might be in the system multiple times and I only checked on (the most recent) in their lead history. I would hope that we wouldn't have to go in and click all off of auto emails. Clicking the most recent should I hope eliminate all future auto emails but maybe not.
How can I be sure that these don't continue to go out in future Newsletters to old emails?
