The back-end needs to be mobile/tablet compatible...

I know you guys are rolling out a responsive, mobile-friendly quote page which is nice. But we as operators are on the system all day, every day for the entire year and would very much appreciate a system that can more easily be operated on a cell phone and tablet. Our guys really have trouble with the system on their cell phones.


We get about 500-600 calls/week at this time of year and are not always in front of a desktop. Filtering leads, clicking tiny boxes, pop-ups, & emailing are all significant challenges on my Android phone, regardless of browser.


Any idea when something like this could be rolled out, if ever?

We will be starting some mobile features this winter. It will be limited to focus on primary needs while not in the office.
