We had an order lost Saturday. It appears that we added a charge, and the deposit paid did not cover the threshold, and it downgraded the status to contract requested. I don't recall this ever happening. the order was even scheduled already but somehow it wasn't showing on the schedule. When the customer called asking where we were at I upgraded her status to reserved and it popped back up on the delivery planner. Can someone explain what happened? I am concerned about missing other orders and having to change the status every time the order has an add on.

Good morning, looking at the log on 9/28 kinseyfrost changed the status from Deposit and Contract to Contract Requested which removed all the shifts that were scheduled which then removed the event from you delivery planner. (see screenshot)

so that wasn't done by automation when the deposit amount increased with an add on?
