Prevent Inventory Pages from Building in WordPress

Is there a way to prevent a page being built on the website when inventory items are added in IO? We are not an ecommerce merchant and these mis-formatted pages and information are unwanted in our WordPress.
Also, we do not want all employees to have access to the WordPress through the "websites" link at the top of IO dashboards.

When entering an inventory item into the software if you do not want it to show on the website you will want to go to the Advanced settings of the item and uncheck "Show item in the Quote Form" ...this will keep it from showing on the site and a page being created.
You would need to adjust what employees have access to by going through there permissions on their workers profiles
