Customer signing contract/checklist by delivery

Hi,
Does anybody have their customer also sign a contract/checklist when they drop off the rental confirming that everything works well and they know all the rules etc. Is there a way I can have it saved on the back end that I can just pull it up on an iPad and have them sign that last contract/checklist?

I Personally don't, aslong as the contract is signed. I'll take picture and video that everything has been set up safetly and running correctly.

I don't at delivery. But for customer pick-ups, I have a special packing list that the customer signs when they pick up (on paper) I upload an image of when done.

Some of our clients have a spot that they have the customer also sign a spot on the Packing List? Maybe just saying it was all delivered and set up correctly. They usually save rules for the contract.
