Issue with Booking

A few customers have said they are unable to book because they are receiving an error message stating they are too close to their event date, when in actuality their date is far off. They should be able to book through the links provided. Please help us resolve this issue. Thank you!

It's because the event end time is 6pm and your business hours are set to end at 5pm. (see screenshots)

Was this a recent change? We have not had this issue before. We entered in a new business and its hours. Has that affected this somehow?

Unfortunately there isn't a log to see when the event availability hours were changed and if it was recent. But this was the reason the above lead was unable to auto book.
