Quote Form category display

When I click the "get a quote option" it goes to the quote form but it shows my second category, "wedding lights" first with the menu open and my first category "Christmas Lights" second with the menu closed. How can I switch these so Christmas Lights shows first. Under display order in Word press I already have it in the correct order.
I would like Christmas Lights on top with the menu open and Wedding lights on the bottom with the menu closed. I would like to reverse these after the season.
