App templates allow scrolling

Is there anyway we can have the cards at the top scroll if information goes below the fold? I e tried some code but didn't seem to work.

I'm sorry for any confusion but Adding

style="overflow-y: scroll;"

to the div allowed it to be scrolled vertically....devs did not make this change and you'll need to add the code to make it scroll
