Is there a way that when an employee text a customer, the response notification will go to that employee instead of everyone?

If you set the alert per ring schedule it should do this. See this article for further review on the IO phone alerts.

Not quite what I'm looking for in terms of flexibility. I.e. I have an logistics manager that only uses the phone to talk to customers about delivery issues. He doesn't answer sales calls. I can route calls to him pretty easily with filters. HOWEVER, if I turn on the text, he'll get incoming text for those issues, AS WELL AS all the other ones. I want him to be able to only get a notification when someone responds to him first. Something like send notification to last person when sent text. IDK.

Unfortunately we don't currently have a way to do this.
