Black-out dates by DELIVERY TYPE

We have 2 Delivery Types (cust pickup, and delivery). I'd like to black-out certain dates/times, but only for one delivery type (deliveries). Is this feasible?
Secondly, I'd like to be able to automatically restrict too many Deliveries from being booked early in the day. Customers can choose start times from 10a-4pm. If we have 5 orders at 10am, we are screwed. I'd like to make it so, for example, we can only take 6 deliveries between 10-12p, and another 6 between 12-4p.
Are either possible the way the system is set up now?

You cannot black-out per delivery type at this time.
The best you can do to limit deliveries is to use the max capacity fee to make it cost prohibitive for too many people to book on the same day.
