Hello,

I added a new item to my inventory and it isn't showing on my website.

It doesn't sync immediately, You have to give it some time.


Alternatively, you can force sync by going to settings>wordperss>Your Site>Force Sync. You don't want to do this all the time but if you'd like to see it immediately, that's a good alternative.


Normally syncs happen at different times of the day depending on importance of an update determined by IO. The more items you add, the longer the force sync takes and gets to where the autosync is a faster option.
