The "Lead Customer Request Flag" will pull leads with a contract, booking, call etc flag types. The "lead flag" is for conflicts, mgr survey type flags.

Not sure about the customer request flag, but the lead flag is the one that you often see in red for conflict and yellow for warnings. The value's you'd use on a filter for these is red conflicts that prevent bookings = Hard and yellow warnings = Soft.

Yes when I was testing the the two the "lead customer request flag" was pulling booking, call, contract flags that you get from the alert emails to you.
