updating contract and sending a fake lead email to myself

hello all, I recently updated my contract on io and have made it default. I am trying to create a fake lead to myself to see what the customer sees. when i send the contract email to myself and click on the link it says you either entered an invalid link or your quote has expired. click here to try again. i am trying to get more comfortable with using the lead/event as we go live 5/1. thanks in advance!

You need to advance the status of the lead to contracted and save to be able to view it. The lead will only see the contract if the are in a status that allows viewing a contract.

Ok, I will try this. So when I send a “quote” to a customer do I also have to upgrade the status or only when I send contract. Does the quote also send the contract?
