It's taking TOO LONG to load inventory on leads
Need Answer
We are constantly having to wait for the leads list in each column to load. It's really cumbersome and should be A LOT faster. Most of our bookings are done over the phone, and we have to sit and wait for each category to load, and then if we go back, we have to wait again. Any changes we make just extend the length of time it takes to populate.

I'd like to add that it becomes an even bigger problem when we are building out large events and navigating between categories

It happens all the time. Regardless of device, account, browser, cache clearing.

Our developers advised they are continuing to work on further optimization and have released a smaller fix that prevents lead changes from stacking multiple inventory searches, so you may notice some improvement.
The remaining 5–10-second delay is caused by the system checking availability separately for every item and each required accessory, such as blowers and extension cords. Larger categories can require dozens of repeated availability and scheduling-conflict checks before displaying. Fully addressing that will require more substantial backend work to calculate and reuse this information more efficiently.
