Booking status

Can we change the indication of “booking” status for a lead/event to - when a deposit/payment is made that’s what indicates a booking. Right now, if they click the “book this event” button that means that it is in a booking status and adds to calendar which doesn’t make sense now. Thank you!

You can turn the flag off in general preferences if you'd like.
Additionally, that is not a "Status," it's just a flag. Meaning, they are entering they are more than interested in just the quote. The status is contract sent.

Also, to address the calendar issue:
- go to “Lead Status” in the Settings Menu
- go to “Contracted” (this is the lead status when they attempt to auto-book, it also assigns the contract/link for the lead)
- uncheck the option to add this lead type to the calendar
- uncheck the option to consider this lead type as booked (I think there’s an option similar to that).
