This last weekend I had a situation where a client called last minute and said, "today, cash". I couldn't find out how to override the required deposit so he could sign the rental agreement.

In this case you would need to print out the contract and have them sign, or after you put in the payment on the lead you would be able to send them the contract to sign after.
