I have a fee for the After Hours Same Day Pickup Fee

I created an optional field as well.

I also have a filter

I really do not want the customer to be able to uncheck/check the fee.

I want the fee to automatically recalculate when a customer is getting a quote.

We do free overnight so if a customer wants same day pickup after 4pm, I want a 10% fee added to the quote. I can't seem to figure out how to get this to auto apply.
