Extra field in customer information

Below the line for Customer Name

Please add a line for Contact Person

and put a check box for them to check if Customer Name and Contact person is the same


For example the Customer is THE SCHOOL

but the contact person is specific to who is setting up the event for that school.

Maybe instead...you already have the organization name and customer name...maybe we rename these Organization or Company name and Name or Contact ...becuase this would be repetitive to ask a contact and a name

I had someone change which name is being displayed on the calendar as some lady typed "Birthday Party for my child" as the organization name and that is what the system put in the calendar so I didn't have a name attached to the rental items on the calendar. So you guys changed it to the "customer name" showing on the calendar but when school rents I don't want the "customer name" on the calendar as the customer name at this point is just the contact person and not the Lessee. If this is confusing can you call me or can I call you to discuss?

You can still use an "event name"? and have access to Organization and customer name as well. Mondays are busy during this time of year. You may want to set up a quick meeting here if you try calling and get voicemail today
