Multiple Contracts

Right now, we can only issue one contract per lead. We’re finding that we need additional ways to collect client approvals that are not actual contracts.
Here are a few examples:
1. Site Confirmation (GPS Locations)
For rural events (like farms), clients often give us coordinates instead of a street address. We need a way to send a document confirming the exact setup location and get approval before we arrive onsite.
2. Trade Show Layout Approval
When we produce trade shows, we design the full booth layout. We need clients to approve the floor plan before we execute it.
3. Custom Graphics Proof Approval
When producing custom signage or graphics, we send proofs that must be approved before production.
