Picture Of The Left of Description

Aloha,
I wanted to ask if it’s possible to add pictures to the left of the description in my drop down menu? Attached is a picture of my drop down menu and I wanted to see if with the description (ie. Bounce house) I could add a picture of a bounce house on the left.
