Filter variable question

I have a filter called inactive clients. On it, it's contact last activity is over 365 days.


When I run the filter the very first customer I'd century elementary. When I open it, they created a quote for Feb 2025. (Less than 365 days), and a completed lead for 2024. But the last activity is set for 2023. Why is that? What constitutes activity?

A new lead created wouldn't filter out if it's a customer filter. I believe if you set up the same filter as a lead filter this would work as you want

Ok. But is that not considered an activity...and all the contact we had with them over that lead? Is the customer contact last activity only of we use the profile to contact them or?
