The packing list is not pulling in the default items on our Zap a Mole inventory item.

Do you have a lead # example where the default items are not displaying?
It looks like you have many packing lists per surface created. If any of the surfaces are selected they will only show those packing list items. If you are wanting the default items to display, you will need to copy them onto each surface:

Please see lead 52963587. Previously, the default pack list was applied to all surface types in addition to the items under a specific surface type.

This is due to the surface type being Grass - Allow Stakes:

As you can see here, this item should be applied to all surface types

It appears this was not added correctly. When applying to all surfaces, you would leave the selection blank. I have re-added the items and they are now applied to all surfaces.
